Returns and Refund Policy
  • For best User satisfaction and experience, this return and refund Policy (“Return and Refund Policy”), accepting product returns & refund. When Product has been delivered to a customer after purchase from the STE Fashion Online Platforms. Any return of Products by customer shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy.
  • Customers are required to understand the terms of this return and refund policy. If customer does not agree to the terms, We advise to stop using the platform for the same. The terms in this policy shall be accepted without any modification and customer agrees to be bound by it.
  • The customers can send the product within 15 or few days from the date of delivery as mentioned in product category below. We will ensure that right amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 15 days after receiving the product at warehouse
  • The refund policy is not applicable on some products due to health & safety, especially inner wares & other products.
  • Refund request can be done by customer through support team or via email or via call or through online platform. We will thereby collect the product from provided shipping location and initiate the refund process.
  • Product should be return as given with right labels & tags & as packed. Any product which shows sign of wear or has be resized or altered, damaged cannot be accepted under refund policy.
  • For Prepaid orders the amount will be credited to the payment source only while for the Cash on delivery orders the refund will be processed to bank account.

  Any apparel, accessories, cosmetics, footwear, sunglasses, certain fashion jewellery, etc. 15 days from the date of delivery – as long as the product is unused and the price tags are intact
Sunglasses 7 days from the date of delivery – only if there is apparent visible damage, or key product-related defects.
Innerwear: Briefs and Panties, lingerie sets, socks and stockings Non-returnable

 

 

  • If the customer is not happy with the purchased Product received from STE Fashion, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by STE Fashion after due verification at its sole discretion), a customer may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Platforms.
  • Customer who seek return or refund on the platform, need to choose the options from the platform and customer shall ensure the product being returned or refund comply with the conditions set out under this Return & refund policy and product must be unused , unwashed with price tag intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such products should not carry stains, sweat, detergent, or body aroma. STE Fashion reserves the right to change and enforce this Return & Refund policy at any time without having to sera prior notice to users.
  • Any Customer is permitted to fully or partially cancel order anytime. Upon successfully placing an order on the platform , STE Fashion will handed over the product(s) to logistic partner and customer will receive a unique tracking number to know the tracking status of the product. STE Fashion will notify customer via email or message or by call if order is cancelled or return by the customer. The refund or return will be processed as mentioned. Note that all refunds are subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the customer’s bank.
  • In case of bundle package of the product, or if the product with promotional package, the customer need to require to return all products in case of refund or return. For example Combo of Shirt & pant , in case of return both should be return together only no matter , customer want to return only shirt.
  • STE Fashion will not refund in case of following conditions. Such as
    • The product has been used for reasons apart from checking fir and comfort.
    • The product has been washed, resized, damaged
    • The price tags, brand tags, box, Original packaging material or serial number, barcode or invoice or accessories been damaged or not returned by customer
  • STE Fashion will not accept return or refund of following products due to customer hygiene & health & product categories.
    • Lingerie, Innerwear, Swimwear, Cosmetics, Deodorants and perfumes, Fashion Jewelry etc.,

 

  • STE Fashion process the refund of the money towards purchase of product ,if all quality checks are satisfied. In case of failure of quality checks of product, STE Fashion will not be able to refund fully or partially.
  • In case of refund shipping charges or any other such charges are applicable and can be deducted.
  • STE Fashion shall make all good attempts to keep the customer notified of the status of refund through updates shared on the User’s registered mobile number or email address. STE FASHION disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the User apprised of the status of the refund.
  • Return of the product will be collected by STE Fashion logistics partner and customer needs to deliver it to delivery partner. In case of non-availability of logistics partner in particular location customer need to do the self-ship of the product and need to inform to customer support. STE Fashion does the best to update you for the process. Refund process only started once product is received with right quality checks. In case of self ship , customer need to share scanned copy or courier / postal receipt at support@stelive.co for STE Fashion Records and tracking. Customer can contact anytime to our support team during business hours.  We love to support the best.
  • Once the product is returned , refund will be done as per return & refund policy. Our Team of quality will review the returned product and confirm the refund should be processed or not.
  • Any coupon or discount or promo codes were used during the purchase , the exchange amount will be reduced by amount equivalent it.
  • For COD Orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
